If you are not satisfied with fixGDPR Pro or Agency for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email us at support@fixgdpr.xyz with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:

• The email address used to sign up
• The date of purchase

We will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. After cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You will receive an email receipt for each renewal charge. If you wish to cancel before renewal, do so at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
